چکیده
This paper presents an intentional investigation of the effect object tilt angle on tracking local minimum method (TL method), which is one for detecting measurement target position optical axis, in a chromatic confocal probe employing differential dual-fiber-detector system with mode-locked femtosecond laser as light source. The dual-detector probes, and even has not been investigated detail so far, although scanning probes studied. At first, to examine influence TL method, theoretical model established, numerical simulations are performed based established equation. Then, aberrations optics response curve experiments. Finally, investigations demonstrated

Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering Sensor on an Optical Fiber Probe Fabricated with a Femtosecond Laser
A novel fabrication method for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensors that used a fast femtosecond (fs) laser scanning process to etch uniform patterns and structures on the endface of a fused silica optical fiber, which is then coated with a thin layer of silver through thermal evaporation is presented. A high quality SERS signal was detected on the patterned surface using a Rhodamin...
متن کاملConfocal microscopy of a femtosecond laser LASIK flap before separation.
PURPOSE To describe stromal changes after a femtosecond laser laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) flap was created but not separated. DESIGN Case report. METHODS As part of a randomized paired-eye study comparing LASIK flap creation by a femtosecond laser to a mechanical microkeratome, a femtosecond laser flap was successfully created on one eye of one patient, but the flap was no...
متن کاملMultiphoton confocal microscopy using a femtosecond Cr:forsterite laser.
With its output wavelength covering the infrared penetrating window of most biological tissues at 1,200-1,250 nm, the femtosecond Cr:forsterite laser shows high potential to serve as an excellent excitation source for the multiphoton fluorescence microscope. Its high output power, short optical pulse width, high stability, and low dispersion in fibers make it a perfect replacement for the curre...
متن کاملFemtosecond laser induced surface nanostructures on copper
This study demonstrated circular surface nanostructures and femtosecond laser-induced periodic surface structures (FLIPSS) for copper produced by a Ti:Sapphire femtosecond laser beam of wavelength 800 nm and duration 120 fs. The circular textured nanostrucres could be created by a single laser pulse. The nanostructures in the center of the heated spot diminish as laser fluence increases and a c...
متن کاملThe study of propagation of a femtosecond laser pulse in the breast tissue
In this paper, the evaluation of time profile of a femtosecond pulse laser propagated through biological tissues is studied. The majority of the biological tissues with a high scattering anisotropy must be considered as turbid media, that their optical responses are complicated. To study the propagation of ultra-short pulse in turbid media, the diffuse equation is used. In this study, the analy...
